In December 2011, Kids In Need began our annual drive to provide Christmas toys for children in local hospitals. The response was even more heartwarming than usual.

National Law Enforcement & Firefighters Children's Foundation Our primary group to receive aid from KIN with money and volunteer support on an annual basis as part of our declared loyalty to the children who have lost a parent in the line of duty. Learn More Here	The Ledgestone Charity Classic for Kids In Need On October 2, 2011, the Ledgestone Country Club in Branson, MO held their annual fundraiser for Kids In Need. The proceeds from this event helped to provide for children of veterans and current military servicemen. Read More	Uniform Firefighters Association of Greater N.Y. KIN will continue to donate to the Uniform Firefighters/Widows & Children's Fund each year to help the children left behind by the brave & heroic public servants who gave their lives on 9/11. The Road To Remember, a three month journey from Chicago to New York, kicked off on June 21st, 2010 at Historic Chicago Firehouse 98 with an interview on NBC channel 5 and best wishes from the Chicago Fire Chief. It concluded on September 24, 2010 with a celebration at our annual fundraising event in honor of Kids In Need volunteer Marc DeLise for walking from Chicago to New York and successfully completing his fundraising goal. Marc raised money for the children of our fallen heroes in police, fire and military service. The walk ended on 9-11-2010 at Ground Zero in New York City.
