Janet - Glendale Heights
Janet has been taking care of children for nearly 25 years. As a daycare provider, she's now on her second generation. The children she took care of at the start of her career are now sending their kids to her.
"I can't get over how lucky I have been to have this job my entire adult life," says Janet.
Janet credits being exposed to all walks of life, cultures, races, and religions as one of the reasons for her success. She thinks watching kids grow up to be adults is the best job a person could ever hope for.

Jacqueline - Glen Ellyn
Jacqueline has been taking care of children for several years, and became a licensed care taker three years ago.
She's married and has a pair of girls, ages five and seven. Jacqueline takes an active role at their school, and is also a hands-on member of her community, Glen Ellyn. As a member of the New Comers Club, she an helps welcome new residents to her town.
"I love participating and making a difference in my community," says Jacqueline.

Tiffany - Downers Grove
Tiffany Walker is a Downers Grove-based, licensed child care provider. She is currently the director at Shine Kidz Child Care where they look after children ranging from ages 6-weeks to 12 years- old.
Tiffany takes pride in being able to offer a nurturing atmosphere where kids can explore and be creative, and she's a valued member of the Kids In Need family.
