 Kids In Need
has always been committed to helping the community when it is presented
with a problem. That tradition continues with this summer’s
school supplies drive. Offi cials at the Chicago Public Schools
report 85% of their students come from low-income families, and
many don’t have the means to supply their kids with the supplies
they will need for the coming school year. KIN is doing its part
to help those kids get the start they deserve by purchasing them
thousands of dollars worth of pens, pencils, paper, notebooks, backpacks
and clothes.
