Volunteer of the Year 2005

Kids In Need is proud to honor Christopher DeLise as our Volunteer of the Year.

Christopher has been with KIN since the organization's very beginning. He has always been willing to help at KIN events, and has also made an effort to help by personally organizing fund raising events.

The most impressive part... Christopher is barely old enough to drive. He's the son of KIN volunteer and Oak Brook police lieutenant Marc DeLise.

Last Christmas the teenager took it upon himself to organize his fellow classmates to help raise money for KIN. Their efforts resulted in more than a thousand dollars.
